Elevated Living · for life after 50

The house went quiet. Now what?

For thirty years the days belonged to everyone else. Elevated Living is where you take them back: a calmer morning, a home that fits you again, and good company for the big questions.

The Home Reset

Your life moved on. Your house has not.

The children's rooms, the dining table you now work at, the spare room full of other people's things. I am a Feng Shui Master, and this is the work I love most.

One video walkthrough with me, then a written plan, room by room, using what you already own.

Now reading

Every path. No pulpit.

Steve Jobs read this book again and again, and a copy was handed to everyone at his memorial. We are reading it slowly, about six chapters a week, with one honest conversation each week about what holds up.

You do not need to be spiritual, religious or convinced. Curious is plenty.

The Morning Room

One room. Three things in it.

Most online communities feel like a building with forty doors. Ours has three, and you will know which one you want.

Today

My morning minute and one question: did you do your 21? Say yes, say no, say what got in the way.

Book Club

This week's chapters, one thing to talk about, and people who have read them too.

Library

Every class I have recorded: yoga, meditation, feng shui and planning your next ten years.

A note from Fay

I spent most of my working life helping other people build things. This is the part I kept for myself: yoga, meditation, feng shui and a pile of books about how to live.

I am not religious. I am curious, and I have noticed that after 50 the big questions stop being theoretical. What do I do with the time? What do I keep? What can go?

Elevated Living is where I think about them out loud, one morning at a time. Bring your coffee.
